Rafaella Furtado is a Cultural Manager from SENAC-SP, Cultural Producer from the Universidade Federal Fluminense (UFF) and Bachelor of Law from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) with certification in Entertainment Law from CEPED (UERJ). Having the right to culture as a professional guideline, throughout her career she coordinated and executed several projects aimed at democratizing access to culture and promoting cultural accessibility for people with disabilities, having been coordinator of the Cultural Accessibility Laboratory between Dec/2022 and May 2024. Coordinates the Theater Division since April 2019.
